How do I know what size I am?

Our sizes range from XS-XL, click here to visit our Sizing Guide tab to see a more specific guide to ensure you pick the best swimwear size for you.

How long does shipping take and where do we ship to?

We use Australia Post for all of our state and interstate orders. Delivery delays may occur due to extended COVID-19 restrictions, limited flights and high parcel volumes.

All orders will be processed between Monday - Friday. When your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that will include your parcels tracking number. If you do not receive your tracking email, please notify us so we can follow this up.

Currently we are only shipping within Australia, but are working towards shipping worldwide!

How do I take care of my swimwear?

To ensure long-lasting quality, we recommend the following:

  • Hand wash with fresh cold or warm water after use or machine wash at low temperatures.

  • Do not machine wash using strong chemical detergents, as they can cause the hand feel to become more harsh to the touch. If you are using a detergent then we recommend a gentle detergent with no moisturisers.

  • Sun cream, tanning cream, or chlorine can damage and discolour swimwear, so use caution when exposing our products.

What payment options do you offer?

We offer customers to either pay with their debit or credit card. We accept payments from these cards:

  • Visa (credit and debit cards)

  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards)

We also accept Apple Pay from customers checking out on a supported device.

Return policy?

SALTD. do not accept any returns or exchanges of any swimwear due to hygienic and sanitary reasoning. We highly recommend that you double check what sizes you have chosen for your swimwear before placing your order.

What if my item arrives damaged or faulty?

In the very unlikely event that your order arrives with faulty or damaged items, please contact saltd.swimwear@gmail.com within 2 business days of receiving package. Within the email, please provide your name, order confirmation number and photographic evidence and/or some other details regarding the faulty or damaged item.

If you do see a fault or damage in your item please do not wear or wash the swimwear and ensure that all tags, labels and hygiene stickers are still attached. Items faulty or damaged can only be returned if unworn.

Once returned, customer care will determine if the faulty or damaged item is on our behalf, and may offer to replace it. However, if your item is no longer in stock we can offer store credit.
